A god that...for all I know, was rather limited. But you're right about their experiences together. If it wasn't for one specific entity, I wouldn't have been exposed to them at all.

It's...possible. But also, it does feel as if they are taking away my choice, what I decided on the matter.

And what I knew too. I had been reading the bestiary during the entire drive there. I knew exactly what had gotten into my arm, and the fate that would have taken me.

So, wouldn't it be better to say the whole situation was mishandled, and there is responsibility on both sides?

Or perhaps...it was just an accident so no one can be blamed or given guilt?

More generous then me. I was going to say "arrogant" or "presumptuous".

But it goes to show, we are our own worst critic too. Which is-I'm not modeling very healthy behavior.
