You have nothing to apologize for. You, rightfully, assumed Hanna had explained things to me. Given I encouraged him to take care of himself more, one would think he'd told me about the work. It wasn't your responsibility.

I feel like I should apologize, because...in retrospect, it still feels like I went behind your back. Even by accident.

[She sighed.]

I'm not going to apologize for Hanna, because I don't know what he told you. Also, he's a big boy. At least I know he's not getting to yelling matches like Arthur and I tend to do.

Then, if it will make you feel better, I will accept.
