•CURRENT CANON POINT: his death in Silent Hill 3
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Vincent is a tall, slim, always-well dressed and well put together young man with brown hair and glasses. He has central heterochromia, with green on the outer rim and brown on the inner rim.
•DEMEANOR: Smug. Facetious. A know it all who likes making people feel small. Reactionary, with lots of gestures and fire and brimstone. Charismatic, despite all this.
•ABILITIES: Vincent is a normal human being with no powers... but he does know and understand the Otherworld of Silent Hill as well as how to navigate it and deal with its forces. Extensive arcane knowledge as he spends most of his time studying things like the Book of Memories, etc.
•MEDICAL INFORMATION: Poor dental hygiene and a few missing teeth.
•CABIN INFORMATION: a slightly grungy small library with a desk and a cot with a non-descript slightly grungy wooden door.
•OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: anything if it serves his argument, but especially anyone trying to take the moral high ground on him
